CONSERVATION

Protecting the Character, Appearance, and Sometimes, Soul, Of An Old Building Is A Special Endeavour. Only People Who Love and Understand The Buildings Of Old Will Know About This.

Yes, It Can Be A Tough Road, But One That Is So Worth It.

Generations Come And Go, Yet Many Of These Buildings Remain. So Being Part Of A Building's History Is A Special Thing. And It is Said They Can Become A Part Of Yours.

Ceardean Architects offer Grade 3 Conservation services when required for refurbishment works to relevant protected structures.

We Take Excellent Care Of these Timeless Gems, As They Were Our Own.

A Stunning Example Of What's Possible When Modernising A Dublin 6W Victorian Home. A Contemporary Kitchen Dining Area Was Created That Further Enhanced The Large Bright Spaces Yet Maintaining The Old Charm And Class. An Oversized Rooflight Allowed Floods Of Light Beam In From Above Managing Light In The Length Of The Room. Many Original Features Were Retained Including Mahogony Handrail & Balustrades, Ceiling Roses and The Fireplace. The Character Shines Through Now More Than Ever.
