This project was actually a completion of an abandoned dormer bungalow build. It had been sitting unfinished for some years so here we had great fun completely reimagining the house with the client, and achieving an A2 Building Energy Rating (Upgraded insulation (improved U-vales), Mechanical ventilation with Heat Recovery, Heat Pump)

What we love? Those expansive windows giving such a beautiful calming view of rolling Dublin & Meath countryside
